Who should take this class?
Any parent involved in a custody dispute, divorce, or CPS case — especially those required to complete parenting education before final orders are issued.
Is the $30 fee per parent or per family?
The $30 fee is per individual parent.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes! Certificates are issued upon completion and accepted by most family courts and CPS agencies.
What if I cannot attend in person?
Virtual options are available for your convenience.
Is the Custody Battle Parenting Class different from supervised visitation?
Yes. Supervised visitation is a separate service. This class is educational and preventive — helping parents learn skills to prevent or reduce supervised visitation needs.
